The Khmer tragedy no longer exists in Cambodia

Before setting foot on this land, it is inevitable to have some unnecessary and biased imaginations, but if we were to speculate, any additional words would become a false accusation.
Perhaps because this dynasty never expected to be fully understood, you can only add some elaboration to avoid appearing so vulgar, but in fact you are just coveting the beauty in front of you.

If you were to spread out the torrent of history and be thrown into it, even if you were a dead branch, you would be able to experience its grandeur and your own insignificance, but you would not be able to calmly explain the rise and fall of this country. Regret comes from being caught off guard, and destruction comes from being high-spirited.

It is hard to imagine that the massacre happened in the era of our parents, only half a century away from us. A few years after a quarter of the population was lost, one generation after another, foreign capital has been waiting in ambush, exploring how to maximize the value of this scarred land. Even if they don't care about the name, they are curious about the reason behind prosperity and strength. Without civilization, everything is empty.

If you explore today's society, you may wonder why the tourism money earned by the government has never benefited the people. When you open your eyes, you feel that the tragedy is repeating itself, and the poverty brought by the massacre is everywhere. Who can guarantee that there will be a beautiful life after the eternal damnation? But you should be harmonious.
