My first time to try this Italian resto for a friend’s birthday. They didn’t have anything (like complimentary cake) for the birthday celebrant though.

Every food we ordered (shown in the photos) were delicious - the thinness of the pizza crust is just right, the salad is very tasty, the wagyu burger & fries, cooked perfectly & so yummy, and the calamari, crispy and tender. However, we were quite disappointed with their Singapore Sling as it tasted “weak” - more like punch or juice than a specialty cocktail :(

Service is quite slow and sometimes, it took us time to catch the attention of servers to get serving spoons or condiments. We were seated nearest to the beach, under a very big umbrella, and when it rained heavily, nobody even assisted us! We were lucky we were just about finished eating - I can only imagine what would’ve happened if our table was still filled with plated food!!!

Anyway, for me, the quality & taste of their food made up for the lack of timely service. Hence, am still giving a better than average rating.
