The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands is located between Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay. The entire shopping mall has three floors, topped with a bright glass curtain roof. The Marina Bay Sands shopping mall also features an indoor canal, reminiscent of the gondola canals inside the Venetian Hotel, which is particularly impressive. On the canal, there are artificial antique sampan boats available for visitors to ride for a fee. It is best to make a reservation in advance to have the boatman take you on a tour around the mall. The shopping center houses many well-known stores, including luxury brand boutiques, a food court, restaurants, a casino, a convention and exhibition center, a theater, and an ice skating rink. Another attraction inside the mall is the "Rain Oculus." The "Rain Oculus" is a bowl-shaped eco-friendly installation made of acrylic material, 22 meters wide, designed to collect rainwater and channel it into the mall's canal. The mall offers products ranging from affordable to high-end, catering to the needs of all visitors.
