First time in Singapore? I recommend following this exact itinerary!!
I rarely use the word "stunning" to describe a city! Everywhere you look is green, as if you’re in the Land of Oz. City walking here is simply pure happiness!!
V Travel Itinerary
Day 1 | Check in at voco Orchard Singapore, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group Merlion Park Gardens by the Bay Marina Barrage Day 2 | Colorful spiral staircase Little India Sultan Mosque Clarke Quay opposite the Parkroyal Collection Pickering Hotel Pearl’s Centre Chinatown Sri Mariamman Temple East Asia Building
Day 3 | Fort Canning Park The Arcade Old Hill Street Police Station Clarke Quay Singapore Art Museum Coffee Singapore Botanic Gardens Holland Village
Day 4 | Changi Airport Waterfall Return trip
Accommodation
◆ This time we chose voco hotel, where from the citrus grapefruit scent in the lobby to the vibrant yellow and blue color scheme in the rooms, and the bird-themed art installations everywhere, every detail conveys a lifestyle of "enjoy the moment, be free and at ease."
V Personalized service: The hotel remembers your name and preferences, and offers a welcome cocktail or local snacks upon check-in
V Eco-friendly concept: Rooms are equipped with reusable water bottles and large refillable toiletries to reduce plastic waste
V Community integration: Most restaurant ingredients are sourced from local farms, supporting sustainable travel.
◆ The hotel is located in the heart of Orchard Road’s shopping district, just a 3-minute walk to Orchard MRT station (NS22). Whether you’re a shopping fanatic or sightseeing enthusiast, you can easily “seamlessly switch” and step out to ION Orchard, Ngee Ann City, and other upscale malls, covering luxury brands, trendy labels, and food courts all in one go!
V Marina Bay area (Day 1): Take the MRT 10 minutes directly to Gardens by the Bay, or walk 15 minutes to Somerset MRT station to transfer to the Circle Line to reach Merlion Park;
V Cultural district (Day 2): 3 MRT stops to Little India, 4 stops to Chinatown, convenient for visiting the colorful spiral staircase, Sultan Mosque, and other attractions;
V Nature exploration (Day 3): Take the MRT 15 minutes to Fort Canning Park, or transfer to the Botanic Gardens to experience the city’s green oasis.
V Only 20 minutes by car from Changi Airport (advance hotel airport transfer booking recommended), making it ideal as the first or last stop of your Singapore trip.
◆ I really like the rooftop ilcielo Italian restaurant and steakhouse, signature dishes include black truffle handmade pasta and charcoal-grilled Australian M5 Wagyu, paired with local Singaporean white wine for a chill experience! You should try it! Remember to book a window seat in advance to enjoy the Orchard Road night view while dining~
