🍷 Opus Bar & Grill – A Flavorful Dining Experience at Voco Orchard

Celebrating a special occasion at Opus Bar & Grill was such a great experience. Located inside Voco Orchard, this steakhouse serves up expertly grilled meats and sustainable seafood that really impressed the palate.

The vibe is modern and inviting, with warm lighting and comfy seating that made the evening feel relaxed yet special. The staff were attentive and knew their stuff, which made the service smooth and welcoming.

The highlight for me was the Grain-Fed Miyazaki Striploin A4 from Japan—so tender and beautifully marbled, it really showcased their commitment to quality. The Crab Cake starter was another winner, with a crispy outside and rich crab filling, paired with mango puree, wasabi mayo, pickled pineapple, and a touch of caviar—a nice mix of flavors.

If you’re into brunch, their Sunday Brunch Buffet is indulgent, featuring over nine types of seafood, European cheeses and cold cuts, plus dishes inspired by Japan, France, and Italy. The live grill station is fun too, watching chefs work their magic over open flames.

Overall, Opus Bar & Grill is a fantastic spot for celebrations or just a good meal with great service and ambiance.
