You will have to be flying business class and above or have a certain level of airline member tier. You can find the lounge easily at Transit Hall, Terminal 1, Level 3, nearer to C gates.

The service level is usually more thoughtful here and you can have a shorter waiting time for a quick shower.

The lounge opening hours is pegged to the flights timing so be expected for the lounge to be closed during certain timing.
