The Luodai Ancient Town Square Pagoda, also known as the World Hakka Association Memorial Pagoda, is located in the heart of the Dragon Culture Square, across from the Shangjie Archway. The square wooden tower, approximately 20 meters tall, is decorated with hundreds of dragon ornaments and topped with a bell. Atop the tower's steps will be a large dragon vat, 2.2 meters long, 1.1 meters wide, and 1.1 meters high. Nine dragons will spray water from their mouths into the vat, which will then flow through the ancient town's canals.
