📍 Review of Singapore Botanic Gardens
It was fascinating to find such a large green space right in the middle of Singapore's urban area 🌿. The gardens are conveniently connected to the MRT Botanic Gardens station, making it easy to get there. From the entrance, a refreshing tree-lined path welcomes visitors, making it a great place for a stroll. It was impressively quiet, almost hard to believe it was in the city, and I noticed many locals jogging or walking, which left a strong impression.
The most memorable part was the National Orchid Garden 🌸. It was filled with a variety of orchids in vibrant colors, perfect for taking photos. The area near the lake with the performance stage also had a lovely atmosphere, making it a great spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Walking into the forested paths, you could see old trees lined up, giving the feeling of walking through a small jungle in the city.
The downside was the hot and humid weather, which made it tiring to walk for long 😅. Also, the gardens are so vast that it's hard to see everything in one visit. I recommend setting aside half a day and focusing on the main areas. If you're looking to experience nature and relaxation during your trip to Singapore, this is definitely a must-visit spot 👍.
