Ashley, Selina, and Maja surpassed expectations, ensuring everything was perfect. They were warm, attentive, and truly friendly, always checking in with a smile and making me feel cared for. Their professionalism and personal touch made the whole experience even more special. The hotel itself has been beautifully refurbished with top-notch facilities, and its location along the Singapore River is fantastic — conveniently near the city’s attractions yet still peaceful and picturesque. I highly recommend the Executive Lounge and the Grand Copthorne Waterfront overall—it truly enhances your stay and makes it memorable.
