Pleasant stay and efficient services

Booked for a 3D2N stay, and checked in at about 3:30pm. So, apparently, they do have a separate check in desk for suite guests.

As I have arrived earlier, the guest officer who welcomed me into the hotel was very friendly and helpful. He also informed me of the complimentary water Zumba and Yoga classes which I could sign up for if I am interested. Pool is not too kids friendly though. It’s 1.3m deep, other than the deck chair area.

Upon checking in, as I have a toddler, and she was crawling on the carpet. I noticed a small chip of chocolate on the carpet, immediately, I called the room service and informed them. Within 5 minutes, a lady came with a vacuum cleaner and started cleaning up.

I love the electronic day and night blinds. It gets opened / closed with a button. After a night, I noticed the air conditioner seems to be rather weird. I adjusted to 24, it got really cold, and when I changed to 25 it became abit warm. I informed the counter the following day and was advised they will check - not too sure if this is done though, as there was not update and the same problem still stayed on.

Mary at Bedrock Origin is super! She is very friendly and attentive. Her service during our 2 breakfast experience was great!

Overall, pleasant stay, but I guess there can be more to be done with regards to the cleanliness and functions within the room.
