8 1/2 Art Hotel is a very special B&B in Tainan. The red, white and black color scheme has a strong sense of design. The entrance is shaded by green bamboos, and the white cottage is like a fairy tale where fairies live. It is both modern and cute. It combines travel, drinking and exhibitions into one, creating an atmosphere where art is everywhere in life.

Every time I pass by, I am always attracted by this white cottage. Later, I went there with friends for brunch and coffee, and was able to step into the 821 space for a visit. It really has a sense of design, with bold and bright colors, yet simple and plain. The black horse sculpture in the courtyard, against the white walls and green bamboo, is so nice to take pictures!

Originally an abandoned old house and a US military dormitory, it was renovated and renovated into a living space created by seven humanities and art creators. There are seven rooms in different styles, which makes it feel like walking into an art gallery, with different design elements inside and outside. Guests can choose their favorite room type through the model cabin, or leave it unspecified for a pleasant surprise.

It was a very good experience. If there were any minor drawbacks, it would be the sound insulation and mosquitoes. Also, the southern area is not so lively, so tourists are less likely to come here. But think about it, in such an artistic environment, we should slow down and feel and appreciate it.
