Excellent Stay at only Intercontinental in Jakarta

#indonesiatrip this time was about experiencing pure luxury at the only Intercon in Jakarta. The Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is connected to the PIM mall. Service was attentive and excellent. The welcome amenities were awesome for a Platinum member. Nothing to fault much except that I was “advised” to have breakfast elsewhere because the Sugar & Spice restaurant was crowded. Not sure because it was Boxing Day so there were 7 families waiting at 8.45 am. Well, my room did not include breakfast but to turn away like this is a bit meh. Then, the food at the Lounge was a long wait too. Nonetheless, the room was awesome and the housekeeping did a turndown service, means your bathroom amenities get refreshed twice! #intercontinentallife #jakarta
