Sun Moon Lake

#TravelChat: Sun Moon Lake is the largest body of water in Taiwan and is well-known among tourists and a highly popular tourist destination in Taiwan. Located in Nantou County, Yuchi County, Sun Moon Lake is surrounded by small islands. The eastern side of the lake resembles the sun, while the western side resembles the moon, hence the name Sun Moon Lake. The sunrise and sunset views captivate visitors.

🚇Getting there: We started in Taipei and took the High-Speed ​​Rail (HSR) from Taipei to Taichung Station. From there, we took a bus directly to the lake. The total travel time was approximately 3 hours.
