Surat Thani

Surat Thani is a major province in the upper southern region. Its motto is "City of a Hundred Islands, Delicious Rambutan, Large Oysters, Red Eggs, and a Source of Dharma." It is renowned for its marine tourism, such as Koh Samui and the Ang Thong archipelago, as well as natural attractions like Cheow Lan Dam and Khao Sok National Park, and cultural attractions like Wat Phra Borommathat Chaiya.
