I just returned from Suzhou, and I'm absolutely satisfied with this hotel! Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel is located right in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient. Just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, you can reach Guanqian Street, which is a food paradise with various delicacies like Songhe Lou's Suzhou cuisine, Caizhizhai's candies and pastries, and all kinds of snacks. Plus, famous attractions like the Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove Garden are very accessible—just a short taxi ride away, so you don't need to worry about transportation at all.

Impressive exterior and lobby 🏰
I was attracted by the hotel's appearance as soon as I arrived. The architectural style is distinctive and grand. Stepping into the lobby was even more eye-opening—it's luxuriously decorated with exquisite details everywhere. The marble floor is polished so brightly you can see your reflection. There's also a small fountain in the lobby with soothing water sounds. During check-in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and efficient, quickly taking care of everything for me.

Super comfortable rooms 🛏️
The room truly exceeded my expectations. Upon entering, I could smell a light fragrance that made me feel relaxed. The room is tastefully arranged with carefully selected furniture that's extremely comfortable. The bed is incredibly soft—like lying on a cloud—I couldn't resist lying down for a while as soon as I got in. The windows are large, and when you open the curtains, you get an unobstructed view outside. The room facilities are also complete, with super-fast Wi-Fi that never lags when watching videos.

Restaurant and food 👍
The hotel restaurant is another highlight. Breakfast offers a rich variety, including Western options like bread, bacon, and eggs, as well as Chinese choices like xiaolongbao, soy milk, and fried dough sticks—truly everything you could want. I left with a full stomach every morning. The hotel has several restaurants, and I tried dinner at one of them—the food was exceptional. I ordered braised pork belly that was perfectly fatty without being greasy and melted in my mouth. The waitstaff were also very attentive, recommending dishes based on your preferences, which felt very thoughtful.

Thoughtful service ❤️
The hotel service really impressed me. Whether it was the front desk, waitstaff, or housekeeping, everyone was extremely friendly. One night I returned quite late and found an issue with the room light. I called the front desk, and someone came to fix it in less than ten minutes. The hotel also provides a free gym and swimming pool. I went to the gym every morning for a workout, which made me feel much more energetic.

In summary, this stay was wonderful 🎉
My stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel was truly delightful. From the location to room facilities, from food to service, everything was extremely satisfying. Next time I visit Suzhou, I'll definitely choose to stay here again and strongly recommend it to everyone!
