The Blue Print Cultural and Creative Park was formerly a judicial dormitory that has been transformed. At night, when the lights shine on the specially made 3D blue prints, the unique scenery is instantly revealed.

The Blue Print Cultural and Creative Park hosts many merchants and often holds various types of handicraft experiences that everyone can participate in if suitable.

The area attracts many young people, and the public area is filled with colorful murals and artistic installations, making it a popular spot for photos.
