In the past, this place was a large wine and cigarette factory.
But later, it was moved out of the city due to pollution from the production process, so this place was like an empty warehouse that was abandoned for 10 years.

Later, the government came to take care of it, renovated it, and changed it until it became a very creative space for art and fostering creativity, including various performances.

Making it a very popular place that locals like to use.

The cool thing about this place is that the old exterior walls are left exposed, making it cool like a loft.
