Regent Series 01: Robin’s Teppanyaki, a popular restaurant

High-end teppanyaki restaurants abound in Taipei. Taking advantage of a company-issued voucher, I revisited Robin's, where I'd previously enjoyed a private dining room. Their experienced chef uses a smokeless electric hot plate to perfectly capture the flavors of the ingredients. 💕

💫 Several VIP rooms, accommodating 8-40 people, offer a serene dining environment. This time, I sat in the open griddle. I've heard that even on weekdays during lunch, several griddles are fully occupied. I've always felt that the allure of teppanyaki lies in the visual experience of watching a performance unfold right in front of the griddle!

💫The signature dishes are definitely the wagyu or rib-eye, but this time I ordered the surf and turf with half a lobster. 🦞 OMG! It was so chewy and delicious! 😋 The beef was tender, but I can't say it was anything special. The lamb chops I ordered were incredibly memorable!

💯 Lunch or dinner sets are served, and you'll be satisfied. Afterward, you'll be taken to the large outdoor area for coffee and dessert. The desserts were a bit weak, but the overall dining environment was still great. 👍
