Taipei 101 (台北101) is a major landmark in Taiwan.

• Formerly known as the Taipei World Financial Center
• Located in the Xinyi District of Taipei
• Opened on December 31, 2004 (just in time for New Year's Eve 🎆)
• Height: 508 meters (including antennas)
• Has 101 floors above ground and 5 floors underground
• Held the title of the world's tallest building from 2004 to 2010, before being surpassed by Dubai's Burj Khalifa
