The Taitung Railway Art Village, renovated from an old train station, is a cultural attraction featuring preserved platforms, signal machines, and old warehouses, creating a truly nostalgic atmosphere.
There's also a container market and art installations for photo opportunities. Admission is free, which is a bonus. We recommend planning an hour or so to explore, and you can also take a trip to the nearby Tiehua Village for performances and a slow market. It's a truly vibrant weekend getaway!
It's easily accessible by car or train, and within walking distance, making it a must-see cultural and artistic destination in Taitung.
