SHIN-HOTAKA ROPEWAY.

The second gondola offers very beautiful views. In the winter I saw snow covered trees and white mountains.

At the top there's a viewing deck, a restaurant with pretty nice food especially considering you're on top of a mountain, and some trails for hiking that provide an escape from the crowds.
