We stayed at the Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa in mid-September. Despite the low season and monsoons, the day we visited was perfectly clear with no rain. However, the sea was rough and the water wasn't as beautiful as it had been the day before we arrived. There was a red flag in front of the hotel. Overall, I really liked it. The hotel is very large and spacious, with plenty of greenery and a variety of room types. There are three communal pools, but most people prefer the beachfront pool. 🌤️

I love the standard of the Marriott's rooms. They're spacious and comfortable, with cool air conditioning and strong water flow. The amenities are complete, and the bed and pillows are breathtaking. The bathroom is spacious and has separate wet and dry areas, and there's a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The layout of the building, the pool, the landscaping, the lawns, and the trees along the beachfront are elegant, elegant, and pleasing to the eye. Most importantly, the beach is beautiful and clean, with virtually no trash. The lawns on the beachfront make it even more beautiful. The large beachfront pool is a delight to enjoy all day long. In the evening, sitting by the sea, watching the sunset and listening to the waves is truly amazing. Swimming in the gentle sunlight in the morning is a truly wonderful experience.

Breakfast was also excellent. There's a wide variety of choices, from Thai, Chinese, and Western. I love the khanom jeen namya (rice noodles) to the noodles. The bakery is also delicious. The egg and sausage station is excellent. It's open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM (I recommend going early in the morning, as there aren't enough seats if you're late, as you'll have to wait for a table). The Goji restaurant is spacious, the lobby is beautiful, the spa, fitness center, and kids' club are spacious and not cramped. The staff are excellent and attentive.

Overall, it was a great experience, typical Marriott style. There's nothing to complain about, as I only stayed one night and didn't get to fully enjoy everything. I think I'll definitely be back. If you're in Khao Lak and looking for a truly relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this place.
