Many people who visit Khao Lak, Phang Nga Province may admire the beauty of the Khao Lak beach in front of the hotel. However, many others do not know that in Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park, there is a small beach with white sand, few people, clear sea, and shady trees for relaxing like a private beach. Plus, there are many interesting photo spots here.
.
Hat Lek is in Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park, Khao Lak, Phang Nga Province. The entrance fee for Thais is only 20 baht/person. From the entrance, it is only a few hundred meters on foot to the beach, which is quite wide. (Even though it is called Haat Lek, it is not small, haha.) The sea here on a calm day is just as beautiful as on the islands. Most importantly, there are very few people, so it is popular among foreigners. I recommend going in the morning around 9-10 am. The weather is cool and the sea is smooth and beautiful, making it fun to take photos. When the weather starts to get hot, you can hide under the shade of the trees and lie down in a hammock.
.
Hat Lek: The entrance is on Phetkasem Road, along the way up to Khao Lak. Before reaching the Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park Office
Ps.1 Anyone who goes to Had Lek, don't forget to keep it clean. The beautiful beach will be with us for a long time.
Ps.2 When paying the 20 baht park fee, you can also use it to enter Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park and Ton Chong Fa Waterfall without paying more.
