A lake of green leaves dances with divine charm, and thousands of lotus flowers bloom toward the sun

“Hehua Pu” is located inside the Taohuatan Gate of Nanhu Park in Tangshan City, on the north side of the Nanhu Scenic Area. It is named for the large number of lotus flowers planted in the lake. The lake shore here is arranged in a pleasing, staggered manner, the lake surface is wide and calm, and it is surrounded by green trees, making it an ideal place for lotus flowers to grow. Large patches of lotus flowers thrive here, shaped by nature’s original form and enhanced by skillful artistry, creating a wonderful scene. In midsummer, the lotus flowers bloom in competition, with lush aquatic plants and the subtle fragrance of lotus filling the air. The lotus pond is dotted with painted beams, carved pillars, and an ancient-style pavilion, presenting a beautiful scene of “endless green lotus leaves reaching the sky, lotus flowers reflecting the sun in a unique red,” leaving visitors reluctant to leave.
