✈️Cathay Pacific experience Taiwan to Hong Kong outbound CX421 return CX420

#100 Ways to Travel

This time, thanks to trip moments on trip.com, I got a discounted ticket on Cathay Pacific Airways, so I chose September before the ticket expired to take this 4-day, 3-night trip to Hong Kong. The outbound flight was CX421, and the economy class configuration was 2/4/2. Maybe because the departure time was relatively late, the number of passengers on the entire plane was probably less than 50, and I even had an entire row of seats to myself.

The return CX420 was a 3/3 small plane and was fully occupied. The flight from Taiwan to Hong Kong takes less than 2 hours. Shortly after takeoff, the flight attendants will start serving meals (yes, Cathay Pacific still provides in-flight meals on short flights), but there is only one choice (pork rice on the outbound flight/chicken rice on the return flight), and there will be no beverage cart. If you have special needs, you need to register in advance, just like other airlines.

The in-flight entertainment facilities also have new movies to watch, and anime fans can relive the garbage dump showdown in Haikyuu! The one and a half hour length of the film is just right for the flight to Hong Kong.

There was no ear discomfort during takeoff and landing, and the captain would update the current flight status at any time. Overall, the flight was not delayed. The best thing about flying Cathay Pacific is that each person has a luggage weight limit of up to 2 pieces of 23 kg, so you don't have to worry about the weight of your luggage and you don't have to worry about overweight when shopping in Hong Kong.

Next time you go to Hong Kong, you might want to choose Cathay Pacific so that you can have a comfortable flight time and also do a lot of shopping in Hong Kong!
