All-you-can-eat dim sum

Tim Ho Wan, a Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant that has been in Taiwan for ten years
It has been awarded one Michelin star for 12 consecutive years from 2010 to 2021. It is a must-eat food in Hong Kong in the early years❤️

I tried the dim sum buffet at the Xindian store at the beginning of the month, and I will continue to try the Taoyuan store 🥰

Limited to 40 people per day on weekdays, $666+10%
You must make an online reservation first. No phone reservations or waiting lists are accepted.

The ordering method is to place the order and then the service staff will deliver the order. Each round does not include drinks and is limited to ten dishes.

Regardless of the number of people at each table, dim sum is served in 2 pieces, rice rolls are served in 3 pieces, and other items are served in a bowl, a plate or a cup.

All four drinks are sugary cold drinks, you can order water
Not counted towards the 10-course order limit

Today I ordered 4 rounds of nearly 40 dishes, including 34 dishes to order, and only ordered glutinous rice chicken for the main course.

Today, my top three favorites are still the baked barbecued pork buns with crispy skin, glutinous rice and chicken in lotus leaf, and mango sago. These are the must-order dishes at Tim Ho Wan Sham Shui Po in previous years.

Other recommended dishes include fresh shrimp siu mai, jade truffle shark fin dumplings, good luck ice and fire pineapple buns, fresh shrimp bean curd rolls, radish cake and soup. They are all delicious and worth a try❤️

In addition, the twisted tofu milk and the fragrant pine fried tofu are creative and interesting. You must order them if you have room in your stomach😉

It is recommended that four people order 90% of the menu. The dishes are served very quickly without delay, but I am afraid that the stomach is too small 😂

Drinks include Hong Kong milk and frozen lemon, and desserts include mango sago and red bean paste 👍
