Located on a hill in Tateyama, the hotel has an art museum-like exterior

The lodging we chose for our retreat trip

was far above the standard of a health resort!

The room I stayed in this time was a Japanese-Western style room.

I could see the sun setting over the horizon from the big window.

The large bath had an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna.

Because it was a health resort, I was also able to use the beauty treatment at an exceptional price.

Dinner was a kaiseki course.

The sashimi served in a bucket was particularly delicious and was my favorite.

There was also a large alcohol menu, so I couldn't help but eat more.

Breakfast was Japanese food.
It was nice to be able to enjoy the hot pot soup while it was still warm during the cold season.

Check-out was at 11:00, so I could take my time.
