This is one of the few European-style buildings in Iran. It is said that after the Qajar King Naser al-Din traveled around Europe, he fell in love with the architecture there, so he ordered the construction of this Western-style palace. Gole means flower, Stan is a place, so Golestan means a place full of flowers, which is very beautiful. The palace includes several museums, and the main point of visit is the "Mirror Hall", where the ceiling and surroundings of the room are decorated with mirrors in large areas, which is very interesting.
