The first dish is tofu in soy sauce. The flavor of the soybeans is concentrated and goes perfectly with the broth, making your mouth happy 💃💃

The yuba rolls in the sushi are also innovative and delicious,
and the roasted black wagyu beef comes in a variety of flavors, not just wasabi and salt, but also yuzu miso.

The atmosphere is great, and I was so satisfied to be able to enjoy the wagyu tataki, yuba, and sushi!
