A Dreamy Tiffany Blue World! An Elegantly Luxurious Hidden Cafe in Bangkok

On the seventh floor of Iconsiam, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Chao Phraya River. The area is divided into three sections. If you make a purchase at Starbucks, you can access an outdoor area with a river view. The central section is a non-purchase area, but it's often crowded, making it difficult to find a spot by the railing for a solo photo. Recently, a small bar area has been added on the right side, offering a deal of buy three local beers and get one free. We ordered two Coronas, which cost around 650 baht including service charge and tax, and they also provided a small snack. It's worth it for the view and the chance to take photos without crowds. Enjoying a drink while feeling the river breeze and taking in the scenery makes for a pleasant evening. We recommend visiting at dusk when the sky turns a deep blue, as shown in the first photo.
In contrast, the Omakase Don by Teppen on the basement level has a strong breeze. The seafood rice bowl I ordered was also around 650 baht, but it was nearing closing time, and they didn't include the decorative flowers. The taste was average, and although the ingredients were fresh, the portion was small. It's located next to a Japanese supermarket and is hard to find, so it's not worth a special trip. There's also a branch at the Center World food court, which was offering discounts recently, making it cheaper than at Iconsiam (though it's unclear if the discount is still available).
