Key highlights include the harmonious blend of sweet, sour, bitter, and salty flavors, often complemented by aromatic herbs. Must-try dishes include Pad Thai, a national favorite, and local specialties like spicy pork salad (moo nam tok) and chicken Khao Soi.

The night market I went is Jodd Fairs night market in Bangkok
The best way to get there is MRT
-Take the MRT to Phra Ram 9 station.
-The market is a short walk from the station
By the way, foreigners can just use any card that is Visa to get on the MRT

Also, highly recommended to visit the restaurant “Kub Kao Kub Pla” which is a popular Thai restaurant chain known for its modern take on traditional Thai dishes. It a must visit restaurant for me whenever I travel to Bangkok. The restaurant is a chain restaurant hence you can find from many places such as Central World, Siam Paragon, Central Embassy, Icon Siam and etc. Due to popularity, it's advisable to arrive early, especially during peak hours, to avoid long queues.😎
