As the store name suggests, the highlight of the pancake menu is the batter that is rich in meringue 💭ˎˊ˗

In order to achieve all the following: deliciousness, fluffiness, serving time, and maintaining the condition, the flour mixture is changed in 1g increments 😳𓈊ˊ˗

This time I ordered the Shibuya store limited edition brulee version 🍼🤎

Oh man, this was my type 🍥

The custard cream is rich,
and the caramel made by crushing, melting and solidifying fragrantly colored candy
does a great job 🥹🫧

It's a little bitter,
but the sweetness wins out, so it was my type 🎖️

The bitter caramel sauce is irresistible 🧸✧‧˚

It also comes with milk ice cream,
brulee and ice cream go great together 🍨🥄

The dough is elastic, contrary to its appearance 🍃

It's fluffy but very satisfying to eat,
