Bao'en Temple Pagoda, commonly known as Beisi Pagoda, is located at No. 1918 Renmin Road, Gusu District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It was first built during the Liang Dynasty of the Southern Dynasties.

The tower is a nine-story, eight-sided brick structure with a wooden eaves, 76 meters high and covering an area of ​​878 square meters. The interior of the tower is a double-layer sleeve, and the spare layers in the octagonal tower core have square tower chambers. The wooden stairs are set in the corridor between the double-layer sleeves. The Bao'en Temple Pagoda is a typical "upper-level and lower-level tower" among the more than 2,000 pavilion-style pagodas in China. The tower door aisles on each floor and the brick-built Dou Ba caisson on the tower chamber doors are decorated with imitation wooden structures. The structure is complex and it is an example for studying the shape of small wooden works in the Song Dynasty.
