When I went sightseeing in Tokyo, I visited SHIBUYA SKY.

It's located on the 14th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square.

Because it's a very popular tourist spot, I bought my ticket in advance on the website. Even so, it was pretty booked up during the popular times.

I left my luggage in a locker and headed to the observation deck.

The view of Tokyo's cityscape was amazing. There were several photo spots and there was a line, but no matter where you take a photo, you can take a photo with the beautiful cityscape.

There is also a cafe on the same floor, so you can relax while looking at the beautiful view. As for the cafe, the price is reasonable and it's a hidden spot with not many people, so I recommend it.
