[Ginza] Anniversary plan at Mitsui Garden Hotel

This hotel is known for its beautiful view of Tokyo Tower from the lobby.

This time, I used the anniversary plan to celebrate a friend's birthday.

They offer a surprise service for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, and prepared a whole fruit cake for us.

This cake is delicious and highly recommended!
They also have a message that appears when you turn on the TV.

For the anniversary plan, you can choose two from a cake, sparkling wine, or a balloon box.

The view of the Tsukiji Market area is great from the room.
You can even see Tokyo Skytree in the distance from the bathroom.

The restaurant where breakfast is served is also recommended.
The atmosphere was nice, and the concept is "the chic of JAPAN-NESS."
