[Highlights of this special exhibition]
This time of year, the theme of the exhibition is the "Glossy Space" with wisteria blooming in spring and hydrangea blooming during the rainy season.
The space is dyed in purple and ultramarine colors, and the fantastic sight of goldfish swimming there gives a sense of Japanese beauty. 🥰
The following four spots are the best places to feel the theme of this special exhibition!
・Goldfish Corridor
・Paper Lantern Rium
・Goldfish Waterfall
・Flower Rium
[Opening hours extended until 8pm every Wednesday]
If you want to go after work but can't make it by 7pm! Opening hours are extended by an hour on Wednesdays✨And, pair tickets are on sale only on Wednesday nights, and you can get them for 400 yen (200 yen/person) cheaper than usual! Admission is limited to 6pm-7pm so please be careful ⚠️
[6 ways to enjoy photography]
A must-see for those who want to enjoy photography! ️Here are some ways to enjoy photography even with your smartphone!
1. Take a wide-angle shot of the entire space Try to capture the entire space, not just the artwork! Placing a large aquarium in front of you will give it depth and make you feel the spaciousness of the space!
2. Take a close-up shot
It's good to take a picture looking at the whole picture, but you can also get close to the goldfish! You can feel the beauty of the goldfish.
3. Stand at a photo spot and take a picture
There are spots in various places in the museum where spotlights are set up to make it easier to take photos. Look for the spotlight marks!
4. Try using the light from the object or aquarium
Flash is not allowed, so if there is not enough light, try getting closer to the aquarium and letting the light from the aquarium shine on your face! You can use this in the "Goldfish Waterfall" and "New Goldfish Appraisal" areas ⑤ Try using reflections In an area called the "Goldfish Corridor," the platform is designed to reflect light. If you prop yourself up and take a picture of yourself looking at the aquarium, you can take a fantastic, symmetrical photo 📸 ⑥ Try taking a photo with fluttering petals In the tunnel where the "Paper Lanterns" are lined up, there are things that look like cherry blossom petals spread out. Pick them up all at once and let them flutter! You can take a photo of yourself being surrounded by cherry blossom petals. We also recommend taking a slow-motion photo!
