1. Prince Chi Park (Figures 1, 5)
You can have a picnic and take a picture at the same time 🧺

2. Royal Prince Hotel Tokyo
Next to Shiba Park is the Prince Hotel. Go down to the lobby level and you can enjoy the Tokyo Tower🗼 for free next to the restaurant

3. Lichi Park, Harbor District
Another large grassland, although you can't see the Tokyo Tower, but the whole thing feels very casual and comfortable

4. Zengshang Temple (Figure 6)
You can take pictures of the temple + Tokyo Tower, the whole feeling is spectacular and beautiful

The most people check-in location, I just happened to pass, the day saw more than 10 people in line, this popular photo spot is quite beautiful, but I think there is no need to go to the queue to check-in ~

(Another popular photo spot is the parking lot stairs, but it is not recommended that you go out to take pictures. Travel is to feel the local scenery with your heart. Don't take pictures for the sake of taking pictures~)
