[Tokyo/Ginza] A Japanese sweets shop with a lovely architecture to enjoy in Ginza

Tokyo𓂃 π“ˆ’π“ΈGinza
TORAYA GINZA

The long-established "Toraya Ginza" has been closed since 2020.
It underwent a long-awaited renovation in April this year. I heard that it had been reborn as "TORAYA GINZA" so I went there☺️

The interior was designed by Hiroshi Naito and the terrace seats with a void are the highlight of the space.
Feel the light and the breeze, and the large pine tree is particularly eye-catching, making it hard to believe that you are in the middle of GinzaπŸ₯ΉπŸŒ³

With the renovation, the cafe will be the center of the style of serving freshly made food✌️
At the counter, which looks like a sushi restaurant, you can watch the craftsmen make Japanese sweets right in front of youβ—Ž
The counter and private rooms require reservations, but the counter is especially popular and I waited a month for a reservation🫒
No reservations are required for other terrace and table seatsπŸͺ‘

Is the entrance to the store a back door? It's a little confusing, so be careful.

You can reserve the counter and private rooms on their website.

A separate seating fee is required for these two types of seats. 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 𓐄 π“„π“Š†π‘‡π‘–π‘šπ‘’π“Š‡From Tabelog
