"Ninyocho Imhan" is an old sukiyaki restaurant founded in Meiji 28 (1895) and has a history of more than a century, known for its exquisite Japanese cuisine and traditional flavors.
The shop selects the highest-grade Japanese black-haired wagyu beef and serves it with its own special sauce, including sukiyaki sukiyaki and shabu shabu shabu. The former is a sauce pot, the latter a clear water pot. Lunch is a little cheaper, the cheapest is around 10,000 yen.
Ordered two types of beef, one "superior wagyu" and "special (high quality) wagyu", the snowflakes are obviously different. Although, the more expensive the beef, the more snowflakes, the fatter but the special is really very good to eat, melting in the mouth, full of grease fragrance, without a trace of beef savory!
The entire dining process is served by the same service staff, no need to cook yourself. After the service staff has cooked the sukiyaki, they will put the meat slices in the egg bowl and bring it to their face. The soft and tender black hair and beef slices wrapped in the egg liquid and eaten together can only be described as melting in the mouth. The smooth egg bibimbap made with the remaining sauce at the end was even more satisfying.
