A cafe and dining room in Hotel New Otani Tokyo.
I used it several times when I stayed at the hotel.

The classic pancakes are a hidden gem, made with special ingredients such as "Taiyo Tamago" (eggs from the sun), which is used in the batter of high-grade sponge cakes from Nagasaki Prefecture, and Wasanbon sugar.

Shortcakes are also highly recommended. These can also be taken out at the patisserie attached to the restaurant.

Whatever you choose to eat, it is a delicious restaurant, and we recommend you try it when you stay at the New Otani Tokyo!
