I had the pleasure of visiting Futaba, a top-notch sukiyaki restaurant in Shinjuku, with a friend on a weekday evening. The experience was nothing short of amazing!!!

Futaba specializes in high-quality, carefully selected Japanese black Wagyu beef, and we were lucky enough to enjoy it in the privacy of a cozy, fully enclosed private room.

The dinner course was a true treat. For the sukiyaki, we were served two types of Wagyu: sirloin and rib-eye. The beef was so tender and flavorful, it practically melted in our mouths. The rich, savory broth and fresh vegetables complemented the beef perfectly. It was the kind of meal you can savor slowly, making every bite feel special.
