Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden 新宿御苑

I was sitting under a cherry tree in Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. The breeze was blowing gently, and the cherry blossom petals above my head were falling with the wind, like a gentle cherry blossom snow. People around were sitting or lying down, some were having a picnic, some were reading quietly, and some were holding cameras to capture this beautiful moment. The air was filled with a faint floral scent, and the sunlight shone through the petals onto the ground, creating mottled light and shadows. The whole scene looked like a painting.
The cherry trees in front of me are tall and dense, the branches of the weeping cherry trees hang down like waterfalls, and the pale pink flowers of the Somei Yoshino cherry trees look particularly soft in the sun. Every time the wind blows, it brings a rain of petals, making people unable to help but reach out their hands to catch these falling elves.
🌳 Other views of the park
In addition to cherry blossoms, the garden design of Shinjuku Gyoen is also amazing. In the Japanese garden not far away, the small bridge, flowing water and stone lanterns complement each other. Occasionally, you can hear the sound of flowing water, which makes people feel extremely relaxed. The French garden is full of geometric beauty, with neatly trimmed green plants and flower beds forming a sharp contrast, while the natural style of the English garden makes people feel like they are in the countryside.

⚠️ Tips
1. Weather: Today's weather is very comfortable, but the temperature difference between morning and evening in Tokyo in spring is large, so it is recommended to bring a thin jacket.
2. Crowds: Although it is a weekday, there are still many tourists during the cherry blossom season. If you want to find a quiet corner, it is recommended to come early.
3. Picnic: I saw many people bringing light meals and drinks and having a picnic under the cherry trees, which felt very comfortable. If you want to try it, bring a picnic mat and trash bags.

### ✨ How I feel right now
Sitting here, looking at the cherry blossoms and the crowd in front of me, my heart is filled with peace and satisfaction. The beauty of cherry blossoms lies not only in their appearance, but also in the atmosphere they bring - short-lived but brilliant, making people learn to cherish the beauty of the present moment. At this moment, I feel that all the running around and waiting are worth it.
I hope this instant sharing can let you feel the charm of the Shinjuku Gyoen Cherry Blossom Season. If you are also in Tokyo, you might as well come here and experience this spring feast for yourself! 🌸
