[Tokyo] First-time selection in Tabelog's Top 100 Famous Restaurants: Line-up Miso Ramen

This year, Ikebukuro's Tasakaya 🍜 was selected for the first time in Tabelog's Top 100 Famous Restaurants.
It's a miso ramen shop that always has a line outside!
The turnover is quick, so when I lined up, I was called in about 10 minutes.
I bought a meal ticket and took a seat. The seating is only at the counter.
The staff are very kind and the atmosphere is comfortable ☺️
With my companion, we ordered one miso chashu ramen and one spicy miso with egg to compare the flavors 🙌🏻
The spicy miso is rich but not overwhelming, and tastes better than it looks!! The bean sprouts are crispy with a nice texture, making it refreshing to eat 😍
The regular miso soup has a strong garlic flavor, is thick and rich, but easy to eat 🫶🏻
Both are back fat-based.
It's also close to the station, so I want to go again 😽
