[Tokyo] The elusive drinkable roast that's hard to book

I finally got the chance to visit the long-awaited "Tokyo En" thanks to a connection😍
With limited seating, the number of reservations is quite restricted...
As soon as we started, we were served senmai sashimi, namul, and kimchi, and they were all delicious! The vinegar miso for the senmai sashimi was amazing❤️
Thick-cut tongue piled high!!!
Even without special cooking techniques, the tongue was incredibly tender and juicy♡♡♡
I could eat it forever🤤
And then, the famous drinkable roast👏🏻
This one was really lightly grilled and could be swallowed as is😋
Having it on rice matched perfectly with the sauce, making me so happy〜♫♪
Even without dipping in the sauce, the original seasoning was so delicious, it was totally fine!!
The fresh liver, tripe, and skirt steak were also exquisite🤩
For the finishing soup, I had yukgaejang soup, which had just the right amount of spiciness and I loved it☺️
Despite drinking plenty of beer, the bill was an incredible ¥8,700 per person‼️
I was amazed by the taste, the volume, and even more surprised by the final bill😳😳😳
I want to go again if I get the chance✨
