Perfect for this Golden Week! Introducing the "Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter" located at Toshimaen Station!
⭐️ Review
This is the second Warner Bros. studio tour attraction in the world after London, themed around Harry Potter. It’s a place where you can enjoy exhibition-style attractions that recreate sets, props, and costumes used in the movies.
On the day I visited, it wasn’t very crowded, but advance ticket reservations are recommended.
⚠️ Please make sure to enter the studio tour area within 30 minutes of the time indicated on your ticket.
Most areas of the studio tour allow free walking, but some video corners and staff-guided explanation areas prohibit photography. It’s recommended to allocate at least 4 hours for the tour.
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, as seen in the movies, is mostly recreated, including the Great Hall, the Forbidden Forest, the Gryffindor common room and boys’ dormitory, the Slytherin common room, and the Potions classroom—spots that weren’t shown in detail in the films are faithfully reproduced down to the smallest details.
From the latter part of the tour, you can learn about the behind-the-scenes of movie production. Using the latest technology, it carefully explains how the films were made, making it enjoyable even for movie fans who haven’t seen Harry Potter!
There are plenty of dining options and souvenirs, making it a place where fans can easily spend a whole day! Definitely give it a visit 🫶
