My two-night stay at The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon, during a three-day eating and exploring trip, was absolutely fantastic and well worth the anticipation! Designed by the renowned Kengo Kuma, this 11th EDITION property globally truly lives up to its hype.

The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon is located in Minato City, between Toranomon and Kamiyacho subway stations, with Kamiyacho being slightly closer. You can even access the subway directly from a basement entrance downstairs, which is incredibly convenient!

The hotel occupies only floors 31-36 of the building, meaning it has a limited number of rooms, contributing to its exclusive feel. Since I was traveling with family, I booked a twin room. While twin rooms don't offer direct Tokyo Tower views and aren't eligible for suite upgrades, the front desk was incredibly generous and offered a complimentary double breakfast – a very thoughtful gesture!

At 42 square meters, the room felt quite spacious for Japan. It maintains EDITION's signature minimalist, natural wood (akin to a "full season" feel) design, creating a simple yet incredibly comfortable atmosphere. The room lighting was also impressively smart, allowing for easy adjustment of brightness to suit any mood.

This hotel offers a truly refined and comfortable experience, making it highly recommendable for anyone visiting Tokyo!
