If you want to travel between Tokyo and Osaka quickly, comfortably, and without fatigue, you must choose the Shinkansen, especially the Reserved Seat (advance seat reservation). The seats are soft, comfortable, have luggage space, power outlets, and you don’t have to compete for a spot with anyone.
⏱ It takes only about 2 and a half to 3 hours. It runs fast and smoothly without interruptions. You can nap briefly and wake up in Osaka.
🪑 The seats are wide, recline just right, the air conditioning is cool and comfortable, and it’s not crowded. It’s perfect for those carrying a lot of luggage or wanting to relax and chill on the way.
🍱 Another highlight is that you can bring food and drinks on the train. You can buy bento boxes from the station or snacks from convenience stores to enjoy on board without any etiquette issues. Plus, it’s super enjoyable while watching the mountains and cities the train passes through.
