Directly connected to JR Shinjuku Station. You can enjoy summer-limited shaved ice at the "Toraya" cafe located on the 2nd floor of NEWoMan Shinjuku!
Since it’s summer, I waited a few minutes before entering, but it wasn’t very crowded.

There were also matcha and strawberry shaved ice options.
The sweetness of the brown sugar spreads in your mouth and is very delicious. The luxury of being able to eat it together with the an paste is delightful. Toraya’s anko has a rich texture and just the right sweetness, which I love.
The shiratama (rice flour dumplings) are chewy, and there is also yokan (sweet bean jelly) on top.

The azuki tea has a gentle sweetness and was perfect for getting nutrients during the hot summer.
You can also purchase souvenirs and an paste inside the store.

Since the shaved ice is summer limited, be sure to try it!
