Kyu-Furukawa Gardens

#tokyospots

Kyu-Furukawa Gardens blew me away with its unique mix of Western and Japanese design. On one side, you have a stately Western-style mansion with a rose garden that feels straight out of Europe. On the other, there’s a beautifully landscaped Japanese strolling garden with a pond and stone bridges. It was like visiting two worlds in one place. The roses were in full bloom when I went, adding bursts of color and fragrance to the scene. The contrast between the elegant European vibe and the serenity of traditional Japan makes it a memorable spot, especially for photography lovers like me.
