I took the subway.
Get off at Oshiage Station, which is served by the Asakusa Line and Hanzomon Line.
You can access the connecting passageway.

Tembo Deck is an observation deck located 350 meters above the Skytree.
While circling the 360-degree view,
I found many photogenic spots here and there,
and quite a few people were there for the perfect shot.
